Near I-90 easy on and off for a great local coffee. Friendly staff sharing smiles and friendly conversations as I decided which latte to drink. See the menu section and you will understand my positive dilemma. I highly recommend the Boston cream Pie. The bacon and cheese klache sandwich was a delicious a meal. Multiple decaf drip coffees daily (a rare find). We will be stopping again on our next trip through the area. Best pit stop we’ve had. Plenty of seating if you wish to chill but fast service if grab and go is your desire.

My husband and I love going to Megs Daily Grind for their lattes of the week! They always have such fun ideas and they're always SO good too! 😍 The staff are always so sweet when we go too, which is always a huge plus when finding a great coffee spot! I do wish they had more food options, but if you want a great pastry, they do have some great options for those! 🙂

I absolutely love this place! My favorite drinks are the White Zombie and Stu's Macchiato, and I also love to try their lattes of the week; they always have fun and unique flavors! Such a great place to sit and have a coffee with a friend or study. Overall, great staff and a great place! Edit: Their muffins are some of the best muffins ever, especially the Cranberry Orange muffins!

Always so nice. I live 40 minutes away from them now but when I am in town the kids always want the yogurt and muffin tops. I love the white zombie drink.

Absolutely love this place! The coffee is consistently excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. Great spot to grab a drink and start the day right. Friendly service and a welcoming vibe make it even better. Highly recommend if you’re a coffee lover!

Nicole at Meg's is wonderful! I put her on the spot to basically figure out my order for me and she got it right. I told her what I like and she put together the perfect first time taste test to have me wanting more of this great place. It's busy enough but quaint as well. I'm already looking forward to what I'll have next.

I'm particularly fond of Meg's on McFarland Rd but enjoy their other locations, too. The seating is comfortable, including a couple of little nooks for reading. Just a great place to sit for a bit and enjoy a coffee, book, and good conversation.

6-4-26 First time trying Meg's and it is definitely a place to put on our must-go list when passing through this area on our travels. Went through the drive-thru which was quick and easy as it was not busy. Service was friendly and fast! The hot and cold coffees we ordered were both excellent! We'll be back!

Meg’s Coffee in Rockford is an absolute gem—just off Riverside and super close to the highway, but tucked away enough that you might miss it if you’re not looking. Definitely worth going out of your way for. Everything we tried was excellent. The cortado was smooth and well-balanced, the iced mocha was downright delicious, and the warmed-up cinnamon roll? Easily the highlight—so good it alone justifies a second visit. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. Great spot, highly recommend stopping in if you’re passing through or nearby.
